Description
A spacious home from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals with close to 2,500 SF of living area in a central yet quiet location in SE Cape Coral with an outstanding water view across a wide Gulf access basin close to the river. You can reach the river by motor boat in about 10 minutes. Features include 3 large bedrooms (2 King, 2 Twin beds), 2.5 baths, a beautifully remodeled kitchen, spacious living room with panorama windows, and a pool table. The electrically heated pool can be used year round. Watch the sunrise from the patio and you may catch sight of one of the animals living in the nearby nature preserve. Or use the little row boat to explore the waterways. Despite the quiet location, stores, restaurants, and access to Fort Myers are less than five minutes away by car and the stores can easily be reached by bike (three available). The home offers everything to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and truly memorable.
The home is pet-friendly and a maximum of two small dogs are allowed. Pet fee: USD 200 + tax.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
The number of guests and pets needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests/pets and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 15.00/night.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
