An absolute dream home from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals located in a quiet neighborhood in SE Cape Coral with numerous desirable features, from the excellent boating location to the stylish furnishings. Everything comes together to make this 3 bedroom home (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds) a wonderful place to spend time in the Sunshine State. The 2,000 SF+ floor plan also includes 2 baths, a great room and a fully equipped kitchen. Pool and spa are electrically heated and the large patio faces west, overlooking a wide sailboat canal. Built in 1999, the home is in excellent shape and truly a dream come true! Numerous stores and restaurants along Del Prado Blvd can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 15.00/night.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
NO PARTIES OR YOUNG GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS.
We charge a service fee (credit card fee) of 5% plus taxes for all additional charges.
