Description
This beautiful, spacious vacation home from Cape Coral Vacation Rentals with over 2,200 SF of living area is situated on a Gulf access canal in SW Cape Coral. It has been completely renovated on the outside in mid 2023. Features include 3 bedrooms (1 King., 2 Queen beds), 3 baths, a large patio with west exposure and an electrically heated saltwater pool with spa. The home was newly furnished in 2020 in contemporary style and offers everything to make your stay comfortable, from the gas grill to comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood off Chiquita Blvd, numerous stores and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The house is family friendly - NO PETS!
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests/pets and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 15.00/night.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
NO PARTIES OR YOUNG GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS.
We charge a service fee (credit card fee) of 5% plus taxes for all additional charges.

We were doing some renovations on our home in the Cape and were able to find the Escape home to stay in for 2 weeks. The house is beautifully decorated and was extremely clean. The area was lovely and we enjoyed the views on the canal. There was a see more

The area was lovely and we enjoyed the views on the canal. There was a problem with an old broken and grill. My husband called the property manager and the next day a new grill was delivered. We were very pleased. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend 123 Cape Vacation Rentals to family and friends that come to visit.

The only issue we had was with the TV. It was difficult to work. Too many remotes. There was no guide for available channels. My husband is a huge sports fan and was disappointed by the lack of sports channels available to watch. Other than that wesee more
