Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 15.00/night.

The house is beautiful and it a great location for boating. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We loved having a TV out on the lanai so we could float around in the pool and watch our shows. Everyone was so helpful with asee more
